Wrap Up: Tasini's In, Green's On, Gannon's Out

Here is what's been happening over the weekend:

-Jonathan Tasini says he's got enough signatures to force Hillary Clinton into a Democratic Primary. His signatures have been "coming in by boatloads" he told me. He's been milking the Green Market scene at Union Square because, "people who believe in organic food, and local farmers, I have a sense they might be more progressive, more about a better world."

-Mark Green's son, Jonah, has begun filming his dad's campaign, again. Greens' campaign manager, Mark Benoit, says that yes, this is another way to differentiate Green from the front-runner, Andrew Cuomo. Mark Green TV, I mean MGTV, "allows them to see Mark as a person. Not as a politician, or pundit," said Benoit.

-The conservative gay blogger who used to report from the White House, Jeff Gannon, will talk to the New York City Log Cabin Republicans Thursday about "the issue of liberal bias in mainstream media," the Club's announcement said.
