Real Estate Mogul Injured in Hit-and-Run

A real estate mogul who was recently convicted of tax fraud was severely injured last night in a hitand-run outside a Midtown nightclub.

A black Town Car hit Steven Green about 1:30 a.m. as he was crossing the street to his Rolls Royce outside the club Posh at 51st Street and Ninth Avenue, police said.

Mr. Green was rushed to St. Vincent's Hospital, where he remained in critical condition, police said.

Mr. Green was recently convicted of charges for failure to file income taxes and using a fake Social Security number to secure a loan, according to court documents.
