The Harlem Community Development Corporation has named Danforth Development Partners LLC as its preferred partner to restore the Victoria Theatre in Harlem.

Under the plan announced yesterday, the company will build a 40,500 square foot cultural center, a 170-200 room hotel, and a 91-unit condominium. The center will contain two theaters as well as a museum dedicated to Jazz in Harlem. In addition, the Victoria Theatre's facade will be repaired.
