Flapping in the Breeze

Perhaps I spoke too soon when I said there was no breeze here in the stadium.
I'm looking now at the Chinese flag flapping vigorously in the "wind." However, looking closely, the "wind" is coming from some openings near the top of the flagpole. I also hear a sound kind of like a hair dryer.
