Fred Thompson is speaking tonight at the Connecticut GOP's Prescott Bush awards dinner. I'm in the hall right now as he's speaking. He's getting a tremendously warm reception.
One notable thing so far: He says he's proud to have given money to Joe Lieberman's campaign.
