Over at the Atlantic, Marc Anbinder updates us on the situation in Jersey...
They have now officially made the state "winner-takes-all," meaning — essentially — that all of its delegates (all 52 of them) now belong to Rudy Giuliani. The latest poll in the Garden State has Mr. Giuliani up 49%-15% over John McCain.
New Jersey, of course, is part of Mr. Giuliani's February 5 strategy, wherein he doesn't have to do terribly well in IA, NH, and SC, so long as he cleans up in Florida (January 29) and nationwide (February 5), when some two dozen states (including NY, NJ, CA, IL) vote all at once.
