According to the Hotline, a new Insider Advantage/Majority Opinion poll of GOP registered voters nationwide has the following results:
Giuliani: 28%
Thompson: 19%
Romney: 17%
McCain: 16%

What's interesting here?
Based on just the topline:
* Rudy Giuliani still out ahead with a comfortable lead
* Thompson catapulting to second place, probably based on the buzz his non-announcement announcement has generated
* McCain in fourth — will the dead pool be prescient?
