Rudy & Fred Tied?

I hereby invoke the Great Law of Headline Question Marks...
However, we do have our first poll showing Rudy Giuliani and Fred Thompson tied for first place in the GOP primary. That's on the one hand. On the other hand, it's a Rasmussen robo-poll.
I believe Mr. Thompson is doing well. I don't buy that he's the co-frontrunner. Our GOP Index show that he's lapped Mitt Romney, caught up to John McCain, and will shortly be the unassailable second-runner. But we'll need to see some significant confirmation to rank him any higher than that.
