The only Republican campaign I've seen respond to the Democratic debate so far — at least in an official statement — has been the Giuliani campaign.
Here it is:
Below is a statement from Giuliani Communications Director Katie Levinson regarding tonight's Democrat debate: "Tonight the leading Democrats once again proved they are out of the mainstream on the important issues facing our country - whether it's being in denial about the terrorists' war against us or calling for a massive tax increase. It couldn't be more clear that America needs a strong leader like Rudy Giuliani who understands we need to be on offense in the war on terror and provide tax relief to grow our economy."
This is certainly in keeping with the campaign's strategy of ignoring the other Republican candidates while attacking Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party.
The "denial about the terrorists' war against us" line is clearly aimed at John Edwards (and, to a much lesser extent, Dennis Kucinich). The "calling for a massive tax increase" line is clearly aimed at Hillary Clinton.
Mrs. Clinton, of course, wants to repeal the Bush tax cuts (like the rest of the Democratic field). She also specifically mentioned a desire to "raise revenues" — which, of course, is none too subtle code for raise taxes. This is going to be a major point the Republicans attack her on.
