Rudy's New South Carolina Chair

Rudy Giuliani has selected Barry Wynn as his new South Carolina campaign chair.
Mr. Wynn, formerly the chairman of the state Republican Party, was already serving as Mr. Giuliani's finance co-chairman.
"Barry has been a driving force behind our success in South Carolina and he is the natural choice to lead our efforts in the Palmetto State," Giuliani campaign political director Mark Campbell told a local news station.
This matches up well with what I already knew about Mr. Giuliani's South Carolina effort — Mr. Wynn's long been at the forefront. So, aside from a day of embarrassing stories, it doesn't seem this will be a major hit to the former mayor's efforts in the Palmetto State.
