According to the latest Quinnipiac poll, Rudy Giuliani still leads in New Jersey — but a Mike Bloomberg independent candidacy would throw the state to a tie.
Yet more evidence that Mr. Bloomberg could serve as a spoiler for Republicans in 2008, not necessarily for Democrats.
