Ben Smith reports that Rudy Giuliani's campaign is looking into ad buys in Illinois, Georgia, Oklahoma, and West Virginia. Except for West Virginia — which is running a very odd primary this cycle — all of those states are February 5 states.
Just another data point going to show that the former mayor's campaign is focused on a national primary, significantly deemphasizing the traditional early states.
