Newsweek Poll: Rudy Up, Fred Up, McCain Down

The latest Newsweek poll (with change from late June in parentheses):
Giuliani: 30% (+3)
Thompson: 22% (+3)
McCain: 13% (-2)
Romney: 10% (-2)
Of course, all the changes are pretty much within the margin of error.
