Not only does Hillary Clinton say the surge is working, she says we constantly need to be preparing for the next war. While what she's saying sounds prudent to conservatives, it won't sound too great to liberals. Of course, Mrs. Clinton has a big enough lead to start positioning herself for the general election now.
