Don't tell Boston fans, but Mitt Romney owns a stake in the hated New York Yankees' empire: some stock in the Yankees Entertainment and Sports (YES) network. As the Boston Herald puts it, "The YES network broadcasts the Bronx Bombers' games and is partly owned by the Yankees and notorious team president George Steinbrenner."
Flip-flop jokes may be a bit unfair here, the stock seems to have been purchased by a blind trust. But that doesn't mean his opponents or their surrogates won't make them. I've got to think Rudy Giuliani will have something to say, for instance.
