Romney and Abortion

So, Mitt Romney is for letting the states decide about abortion, until he's for a Human Life Amendment to the Constitution which would impose a pro-life policy on every state.
As one Republican operative friend emailed today: The guy who has to explain all this stuff should be making a TON of money.
