...the crowd could hardly be less enthusiastic for Tommy Thompson. Aside from the people put up front to fill out the TV frame in favor of the candidate, there's hardly a person clapping or even paying attention.
Mr. Thompson was a good governor and an innovative one. I'm afraid, however, his time has well passed.
