S.C. Poll: Thompson-Giuliani Dead Heat

The Clemson University Palmetto Poll finds Fred Thompson and Rudy Giuliani in a dead heat:
Thompson: 19%
Giuliani: 18%
McCain: 15%
Romney: 11%
On name ID, it's Giuliani (99%), McCain (97%), Romney (87%), Thompson (83%). The preference number is pretty much in line with other polling from the state, showing Messrs. Giuliani and Thompson at the head of the pack (though, usually with Mr. Giuliani in front). The name ID numbers tell us Messrs. Romney and Thompson have some room to grow.
