Today is Ellen Levine's first day on the job as editorial director of Hearst magazines, after editing Good Housekeeping for so long. Hopefully she'll still get to partake of her former magazine's famous popovers, which I had the pleasure of sampling at a luncheon for Eliot Spitzer a while back.
