THE ICEWOMAN (AND SPOCK) COMETH Talk about quirky: If you're up for a few laughs with an intergalactic celebrity and a Ukrainian ice queen, go to a live taping of "LateNet with Ray Ellin" at the Gotham Comedy Club, as the first comedy and variety show to be broadcast live online kicks off its second season. Tonight, a legend from "Star Trek," Leonard Nimoy, discusses his new photography book, "The Full Body Project" (Five Ties), a study of corpulent women that is designed as a response to the glorification of slim fashion models. The audience can also get a taste of the world of ice skating as an Olympic gold medalist, Oksana Baiul, talks about her role as Maya Propova in "Cold as Ice," the upcoming Broadway musical about the cutthroat shenanigans, the immense sacrifices, and the ins and outs of competitive skating. Host Ray Ellin is a stand-up comedian, actor, and award-winning filmmaker. Another guest featured in tonight's lineup is comedian Kyle Grooms, a regular on the "The Chappelle Show." And yet one more reason to go: A portion of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Project A.L.S., which aims to bring effective treatments and a cure to those suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's disease.
