Taking on Churchill's Mantle

What is the author's first name? What's the title of his book. It looks to me as though some editing lapse has occurred. Daniel Johnson starts with a reference to "Mr. Roberts." And I can't find his book's title, or publisher, or cost. Sometimes, books are published in Great Britain, but not here; the publisher would have given me a clue as to its availability in the U.S. Editing errors happen. Boy, does this former reporter, publications editor, and email writer know that!
