Although Judith Miller tried to be objective, it seems to me that she see event in Rwanda with a western perspective like most western-based NGO do. Perhaps, journalist and NGO who criticize Rwanda effort to conciliate its sons and daughters trough the Agacaca process should come up with suggestions on how 155 judges and lawyers would trial 700,000 genocide prospects
