Assignment Forbidden To Some

Submitted by Leon, Feb 8, 2007 02:29

I always thought that even those apparently moderate Arab states and the Arab League could do much more in promoting openess in their parts of the world. In 21st century we are almost inevitably on the path to integration amongst nations and such seperatist approach goes almost against every major nation. Look at China taking big steps increasing involvement with the world and many others. You have to question what kind of influence the Saudis can give to the troubled Palestinians when they themselves are so closed up? I think one of the bigest problems has been that such bodies like Saudies and Arab League had negative influence on negotiations, rather than being on the path of acceptance they seem to promote separateness.
