And just how is this law going to be enforced, and who is going to enforce it? How can it be proven that one was listening to music when one crosses the street, and didn't shut it off beforehand? Would mere possession of the device constitute "proof" that one was violating this idiotic "law?"

If I want a nanny as my state Senator, I'll vote for Fran Drescher.
