Parents know what needs to be fixed in the school system. Their overwhelming concern is class size. But instead of real improvement we have the Mayor and Chancellor's constant fiddling with the bureacracy and organization charts. What's worse, they not only have the wrong focus but their management of these changes is awful. The bus fiasco is merely the latest and most visible example. It should be quite clear that these new reforms will be botched as well.
