State Senator Carl Kruger misses the point. What part of Auto Related accident does he miss? Steros will be turned off in cars in Major cities?

The honorable State senator Kruger is well intentioned but needs to evaluate traffic patterns that can save lives. Traffic patterns and how they merge with people. Closed roads at night and on weekends. Reduce traffic in parks. Slower speeds. More mass transit.
