Why is this editorial giving the credit for the strategy used in Vicki Lynn's case to Vicki Lynn herself? She has attorneys and they are charged with developing the legal strategy ---unless they are lawyers, most plaintiffs don't have the information or legal experience they would need to craft an effective legal strategy.
