From National Review Online, June 22, 2006: Leading disease scientists contend that climate change plays only a minor role in the spread of emerging infectious diseases. In "Global Warming and Malaria: A Call for Accuracy" (The Lancet, June 2004), nine leading malariologists criticized models linking global warming to increased malaria spread as "misleading" and "display[ing] a lack of knowledge" of the subject.
