"New York has taken it upon itself to enforce federal laws" Uh --hey stupid--- outside your city limits, Mike is just another blowhard with more dollars than sense. He has no more authority to "enforce federal laws"---or do anything else--- than I do. I believe these are the same folks who frequently howl about people "taking the law in their own hands" .
