A cartoon that comes to mind that captures what Rudy Giuliani has accomplished with his linkage to GW Bush is that of a two gun with "W" on the pearl handles, still in their holsters,with smoke pouring out of their barrels, and Mr. Giuliani has just blown his two feet away with the comments supporting and praising GW Bush.
