There's something irrational about, on one hand, your concern about all the money the US pours into the UN ("hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars") and about the UN's viability in Manhattan, and, on the other hand, your total lack of concern about the hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars of taxpayer money that we are throwing down the drain in Iraq (in defiance of the UN). Put another way, if the US government had just listened to the UN on the one issue of Iraq, it would have saved the taxpayer what is now widely understood to be well over a TRILLION dollars
