The Pyongyang Process

Excellent observations in this article. I think North Korea definitely cannot be trusted, and there are a lot of tunnels and sites they have where things can and have in the past been hidden from the knowledge of other countries, like their secret uranium enrichment activities and such. The Bush administration is under a lot of pressure from many angles to make this work, so I do not fault them for what they are trying to do, but I have to agree with John Bolton. Paying proliferators for blowing up test bombs seems to me like very bad business. Since our government has agreed to this plan, I hope against all odds that it works and I am glad they are at least aware of trouble spots ahead.
