If he loses this case, what is Fitzgerald going to do? What does he have, if anything? This seems to me to be the absolute height of waste, fraud and abuse of America's time and money.

If the judge had any sense of justice he would slap Fitzfong and warn him never to come back until he has something tangible. Better yet, never come back. Period.
