On the whole, your coverage of the Leak Case has been pretty good considering you seem to be writing from a conservative point of view. The title of this article has little to do with the content so I'm assuming your editor is responsible.

It's a complicated trial and Libby's defense couldn't get the job done. Too many government officials testified that Libby knew before his story that he learned from Russert as new. Russert's testimony was not impeached.

No matter how you slice it, Libby knew and told Fleischer on July 7, 2003 and Libby was telling Miller on July 8th before any reporter could have told Libby.

I've been meaning to thank you for the INR memo, well done.
