anyone that understands technology knows that it cannot only start war and cannot fix it. Technology cannot quickly fix infrastructure -- utilities, water, food supply distribution, roads, rails, public transportation, schools, work ...whatever anyone does that resembles a "normal" daily life. The high tech will disappear when the electric switch goes off. Keeping weapons in silos or "tucked" away does not mean anything. Killing 200 million or more people does not mean someone will win. Or 400 million. Or 2 billion. Who cares about some hard wired plan? Get rid of the weapons and get rid of the war. No one can pull the trigger then. Whatever happened to the movement to control the nuclear arsenal? Our govenment does not support it. We want that trigger because someone thinks they will be the last person on earth or the new adam and eve.
