Your article is intellectually dishonest. Only 59 military deaths between 1993 and 1999 were the result of hostile action. The rest were accidents, deaths due to illness, homicides, or suicides.

Also, I suspect that a comparison of the number of critical combat injuries during the Clinton and Bush years would not yield results that you could so easily manipulate.
