Holocaust denial should be a crime. The individuals who are punished under these statutes are neo Nazi's. The countries who enacted these laws are trying to ensure that they nip this type of hatred in the bud, especially given the history of the countries involved. There is a good reason that countries like Germany have a law forbidding holocaust denial. Surely you can see that.
