Painterly Controversy Blossoms At the Bruce

Submitted by Sir Joshua, Feb 22, 2007 08:03

The real story here is how the sleep Bruce Museum has turned into an actual functioning art museum under the able administrative and scholarly hand of Director Peter Sutton. Formerly an art / natural history / children's 'awakening' play center with plastic dinasaurs in it's park, this Greenwich outpost - that I always thought looked like the Connecticut State Police Headquarters as I whisked by on I-95, has really turned into 'something.' Congratulations to Mr. Sutton and his able staff.
