Whenever I have a choice I choose to fly Jet Blue. The staff at Jet Blue are always courteous and helpful. In my experience they are light years ahead of the competition in terms of comfort and service. Flying Jet Blue is always a pleasant experience. The flight attendents always make me feel like I'm in first class. Customers on the "majors" however, are more likely to see the staff as their jailers. I can't recall any flight I've had on a major American airline that can be called pleasant. I take Jet Blue management at their word that they are sorry about recent events and are doing everything to make sure it never happens again. I will continue to fly Jet Blue and will continue to advise my friends and family to do so.
