In Church Restructuring, Some Suspect Hand of Developers

Our Lady of Vilnius is a lovely little church, more chapel-sized. After 9/11, when it was hard to reach other churches in the area due to military, it was a refuge for prayer. But ... it is a dying parish, seriously isolated for 80 years by the Holland Tunnel entrances. 21st century Manhattan is no longer filled with mostly faithful Catholics going frequently if nor weekly to Mass; marrying in church; having their children baptized, instructed for First Communion, and Confirmed. Some aren't even buried from a church! You want to keep churches open? Don't whine, don't accuse the Archdiocese of ridiculous conspiracies, don't even bother to put anything in the collection basket: JUST GO TO CHURCH!
