Cat That Nearly Hit Passer-By Was Thrown

Submitted by Sarah, Nov 10, 2006 06:27

As someone who currently takes care of five wonderful little rescued kitties, all I can say is this: Why someone would actually want to torture and abuse an innocent animal is beyond me. There are much more humane ways of disciplining them than tossing them out a three-story window. Spray them with a water bottle if they're being bad. Or better yet, if you don't want them in certain rooms, keep the door closed!
