People like to enjoy their lives, deal with their personal concerns and leave governing to their elected officials. That's only natural. But once they wake up to the fact that their elected officials are arrogant incompetents and in many cases actual scoundrels, no amount of negative advertising or tired old rhetoric will convince them otherwise. The Bush crew are finished. Rumsfeld will be the first to go. Cheney, that cunning traitor and torturer, should be tried for war crimes but may die before he gets his just deserts. Bush is mentally incompetent to stand trial.
