If the nominating base of the Democrat Party believe that Senator Clinton is worthy of their trust, it will matter not at all that she voted to dethrone Saddam of Iraq. Some Americans, even some Americans of good will, have withheld their trust for reasons that seem well founded in their minds. Such a difference of opinion is normal in our present climate of disinformation. It is early days as yet. Senator Obama may have peaked a bit too early. And there is always Governor Richardson out there mending fences in the Great South-West. He will have his say, some believe.
