ON FEBRUARY 27,1860 ON A NIGHT THAT NO ONE WOULD VENTURE OUT (THERE WAS A BLIZZARD) DR. ABRAHAM LINCOLN MADE PERHAPS ONE OF HIS 5 GREATEST SPEECHES EVER. HE WENT TO THE STAGE SOAKING WET BUT WITH ALL THE CONFIDENCE IN THE WORLD. THANK GOD HE WAS OUR PRESIDENT AND I AM PROUD THAT PRINCETON UNIVERSITY BESTOWED UPON HIM THE HONORARY PhD.(DECEMBER 20,1864)HE CERTAINLY DESERVED IT!!! GOD BLESS DR. ABRAHAM LINCOLN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
