A Real Refugee Problem

Submitted by jeffrey f. cohen, Feb 26, 2007 18:38

We refuse to admit that the world's indifference to the problems of Africans, from Zimbabwe to Darfur is based on the ugly assumption that these people do not deserve the same 'rights' or consideration as others, that they are inferior to all other peoples in the world. So, they die of AIDs and civil war............and for the most part, humankind's greatest hope, America, is just a dream, and maybe a lie to them.

What a shame. i have a law office in the Bronx, and I have the privilege of representing some Africans...muslims, too. They were kind, considerate, extremely hardworking, and family oriented. Great Americans to be.
