Study: Park Slope Clogged by Parking Seekers

Permitted parking? Are you kidding? So, there will be spots that are empty and held for people who live on these blocks, no additional commercial parking provided and this is supposed to solve the problem? I can only see this "solution" making the problem worse for business and better for the wealthy residents—typical.
