The guy brought excitement to DC United, he helped the team win an MLS Cup, and he played full out every game. It is outright ridiculous to include him in this list. I would say the same thing for Zenga. He wasn't like Luis Hernandez or Matthaeus who came to MLS for a vacation. He gave it his all every game for the Revs, and you could see it when he let a goal in. He would be pissed off. I find it interesting that you don't include those players who came to MLS and thrived, like Valderrama, Donadoni,and Djorkeff. But ultimately, how you can say Stoitchkov didn't make a single positive impression is beyond me.
