Hevesi's Acquittal

Bravo - Bravo ! I couldn't agree more. In fact in Kelly's report to the Governor he referenced precedent for this same position. If the elected official under scrutiny is re-elected when the misdeed was widely known then the voters have spoken.

The only person who seems to want to go through with any proceding is Fred Dicker presumably because he has nothing else to write about and he is paying back for some old personal stuff.

Spitzer should take the results of the election to heart and just get moving with his agenda -one that Alan financially helped formulate and can be a great asset in implementing.
