As a jewish American with friends and family in Israel i know to well the horror stories of the sephadiac communites in the middle east and what was done to 950,000 of them prior to the modern state of israel and after not to mention what was done to european jewry . As an American i am so appalled that we live in a country were anti semitic acts against jews continue to this day. I ask myself what has humanity learned from its past and sometimes its present. This is why i am more convinced then ever Israel must and have to survive , so as we have a place to call home ( ALIYA). B'H
