Study: Park Slope Clogged by Parking Seekers

Submitted by Bill Vojtech, Feb 28, 2007 00:46

One thing the city could do is do away with alternate side parking. Let homeowners sweep the curb in front of their homes. I'm sure people owning multi-million dollar brownstones care about appearances, and I for one would rather sweep than move the car and hunt for a new spot– and I rent.

My solution was to get a long term spot at the MetroNorth station in Poughkeepsie. I only USE my car when I go to visit friends upstate.
